Birdsville Aviation is an owned and operated subsidiary of the famous Birdsville Hotel. Specialising in scenic flights around Birdsville, the Channel Country and to Kati Thanda-Lake Eyre, Birdsville Aviation operates a fleet of three aircraft, which are also available for private charter.
The owners of the Hotel (and Birdsville Aviation) have a long history in the aviation and tourism industries with Talia Ellis bringing 15 years of experience operating aircraft in this region. Whether it’s a 40-minute flight taking in Birdsville township, the Diamantina, and Big Red, or a half-day adventure of a life time down to Kati Thanda-Lake Eyre and William Creek, Birdsville Aviation and its team of experienced pilots are ready to showcase this magnificent part of our country.
